Hello! Some time ago sweet Linda invited me to a blog hop sort of thing [thank you Linda! I am honored!]. Linda`s own post can be found > here.   The key is to answer a few questions and then challenge some of the creative people I know. I've choosen 3 ladies I really admire and get lots of inspiration from [remember to visit them in the next Monday - they will answer the same questions!]. Are you ready? :)


1) What am I working on? / Nad czym pracuje?
Wczoraj rano  skonczylam przygotowywac layout + maly kurs dla .... [na razie o tym cicho ahah;)]. Zawsze staram sie dzialac z pewnym wyprzedzeniem [co oczywiscie kompletnie mi nie wychodzi! bo zawsze cos,albo akurat wena na cos innego...], wiec najblizszy tydzien uplynie mi na przygotowywaniu prac wedlug mojego dt-owskiego sierpniowego grafika :) Oprocz tego - ciagle nadrabiam Project Life . Travel journal [Suwalki 2013] tez kusi z polki i robi sie powoli.Tak ze rece mam pelne roboty! [i paluchy wiecznie brudne od farby! ;p].
Yesterday morning  I finished layout and small tutorial for ..... [shhhh ;)]. I always try work ahead so in  the next week I will work according my August DT schedules. Additionally - I am still trying catch up my Project Life. My travel journal from my trip to Poland is also `in progress` .... so a couple upcoming days will be very busy for me !

 

2) How does my work differ from others of its genre? / W jaki sposób moja praca różni się od innych z tego gatunku?

A rozni sie?  Nie wiem. Powaznie.

Bardzo mozliwe ze zasadnicza roznica polega tylko na tym,ze moje prace sa moje. I tyle. W kazdej pracy mozecie znalezc mnie : moje emocje, wspomnienia, nastroje,  moje aktualne szajby i upodobania.
I do not know. Seriously.
I think my work mostly differs.. because it's mine. In my every work you can find my emotions, my memories, my moods, my current likes and craziness.

  

3) Why do I create what I do? / Dlaczego tworze?

Bo musze [ale nie dlatego,ze grafik itp,]. Bo chce jak najwiecej zatrzymac `na potem` [stad te wszystkie albumy i Project Life]. Bo to taki moj sposob na wyrazanie emocji, porzadkowanie ich [stad art journal].  Bo to moj sposob na zycie.
Because I have to [and I don`t  mean here the DT schedules etc]. Because I want keep all my memories for later  [minialbums, Project Life]. Because this is my way to express my emotions [art journal]. Because this is my way to life.

 

4) How does your writing/creating process work? /Jak przebiega moj proces tworzenia?

Oj a to akurat jest temat rzeka i wszystko zalezy  1) od tego nad czym akurat pracuje, 2) od dnia, nastroju, poziomu weny i wielu innych czynnikow.

Staram sie nie planowac. Po prostu - biore kubek kawy,siadam i robie - reszta wyjdzie w praniu, na koniec  ;) I lubie te spontanicznosc, bo nigdy sama do konca nie wiem, co z tego wyjdzie, lubie to zaskoczenie na koniec: oo tu mi jednak fajnie wyszlo! ;)

It really depends on what I'm working on.. and when.
I try not to plan ahead. I  just take a cup of coffee, sit down and create - the rest will come out  at the end ;) Sometimes the final effect surprises even me! ;)

OLYA SCHMIDT

I’m Olya, a watercolor sketch artist by day and a scrapbooker by night. I have a weakness for pretty paper, notebooks and anything stationery. Beside sketching my beautiful city, I try to do something creative every day, whether it's Project Life, art journaling, writing snailmail or working on mini books. When I create I simply feel happy and joyous, which makes me want to create even more.

 KASIA TOMASZEWSKA
My name is Kasia, I'm 27, and although I come from Poland for last 3 years I've been living in colourful and magical Istanbul in Turkey. I love living creative life, setting up our home, snapping photos, eating good food, travelling and enjoying the ''little moments''. I collect all of those good memories and document them in my scrapbooking projects. Layouts are my favorite things to make but I also love mini albums, sometimes I do art journal pages or cards! I mix many styles in my projects (let's call it modern scrapbooking, shall we?:), play with medias, splash paints around, layer different elements and yes, I love little details! My day job is focused around fashion and when I'm not in the office you will find me either at my scrapbooking desk or on the running path in the park! 

OLA MAMOK

My name is Ola Mamok, better known in scrapbooking world as Olennka. I am a mother, wife and an artist of all kinds. I love to create... maybe because apparently I have the most boring job in the world - i am an accountant.

I found out scrapbooking few years ago, and since that day i can't imagine life without scrapbooking. It's hard to call my style, i love clean and simple style ( but I always have to splash with paint or ink, so it's not so clean then), also try mixed media at my pages, sometimes i mix some styles. Most of all i have fun with creating. I like making Layouts and minialbums - these are my favorites. I also found lots of joy in ProjectLife. I'm looking for inspiration everywhere, especially in my everyday life.
